The Indiana Association of Naturopathic Physicians hosted their first annual Women’s Natural Health Conference, Nourish on Saturday November 3rd at Platform 24 in Carmel. It was a great success, bringing Indiana’s Naturopathic Physicians together to speak to the public about Balancing Hormones, Healthy Aging and Stress Management through Nourishment. It also showcased over 25 of Indiana’s best holistic businesses, educational breakout sessions, a delicious catered lunch and hourly raffles with amazing giveaways.
The women came away feeling nourished, with a new inspiration for wellness:

This event was a premier experience for women who are interested in natural health and healthy living. The conference also helped spread awareness of naturopathic medicine in Indiana, and will increase access to preventive and integrative healthcare to support their health and wellbeing.
The INANP is looking forward to hosting this conference again in 2019.
